The contents are straightforward: 100% magnesium chloride flakes, with no fragrance, no colourant and nothing else added. They dissolve quickly in hot water and leave no residue in the tub.

How to use it

• Full bath: add roughly 250g to 500g to a warm bath and stir until dissolved. Soak for twenty to thirty minutes.
• Foot soak: dissolve two to three tablespoons in a bowl of hot water and soak for fifteen to twenty minutes.
• Rinse with fresh water afterwards if you prefer. Reseal the bucket and keep it dry between uses.

Good to know

Magnesium chloride is hygroscopic, meaning it draws moisture from the air. The flakes may soften or clump if the lid is left off — this is normal and does not affect how they work. Store the bucket sealed and out of direct sunlight.
